Front Office Admin & Reception

All American Firearms is a Gunsmith shop in Columbus GA. We repair and customize firearms. The business needs to replace our part-time Front Office person. This is a temporary position that could become permanent depending on sales volume and efficiency. The Front Office manager answers the phone, answers emails, handles customer paperwork, collects payments, and takes in work. You need to have good attention to detail and organizational skills. You will be keeping track of 50 to 100 work orders and prioritizing the work load among 2 to 3 gunsmiths. We will train you, no experience needed. We are a small family owned gun repair shop. It would help if you know some things about guns but not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
