Our Expectations SECTION I: TECHNICAL COMPETENCY Familiarity with construction industry project management software having the capacity to master industry-specific programs including but not limited to Newforma, Deltek, PlanGrid, AIA Contract Documents, and Revit Architecture; Technical understanding and ability to effectively read construction documents; Ability to maintain an accurate record of shop drawings, contracts, RFI's, etc.; Understanding of the design and procurement processes; Proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook; Ability to accurately review payment applications; Ability to work with multiple teams and manage project schedules simultaneously; Maintain correspondence with consultants for submittals and schedules; Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational skills; Ability to work within a team environment; Handle multiple projects concurrently; 10+ years of solid and progressive work history, with experience administering Construction Contracts. SECTION II: TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION COMPETENCY Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic; Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients; Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle stressful situations; Ability to self-manage project assignments from start to finish with oversight.
SECTION III: LEADERSHIP Ability to direct and motivate work efforts of others and handle stressful situations; Be a good team member; Develop strong relationships within the firm, with our clients and in our communities. Responsibilities will include working side by side in a team environment with our Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, and Emerging Professionals on active production projects as well as contributing to other design and marketing efforts undertaken by the firm. As such, you will play an integral part in overall client satisfaction, design quality and profitability of all projects undertaken that contribute to the firm's strategic priorities.

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to on job sites; which include the ability to climb ladders, walk up and down stairs, traverse scaffolding, work indoors and outdoors in all seasons, work at varying heights, can walk project sites and can travel to job sites using various modes or private and commercial transportation. This position also requires sufficient physical ability to work in an office setting; which include the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time, to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist, to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight, to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
