- NCMA and/or DAWIA Certifications Desired

Experience
- 3 years of professional experience in contracts, subcontracts, business management, finance, accounting, or related field or Master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience
Job Purpose: This Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator will support all aspects of the company’s contract/subcontract portfolio from the business development phase through closeout, delivering customer satisfaction, building customer relationships, and providing timely responses to both external and internal customers.
This position directly supports the Company’s Travel Portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Contract/Subcontracts:
- Administer daily contract activities for a variety of contract types, including cost reimbursable and firm fixed price; such activities will include establishing payment terms, initiating, and monitoring invoicing, collections, and funding to support financial objectives
- Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
- Enter and manage data in the contract management system
- Participate in customer meetings, performing and monitoring compliance to contract requirements
- Ensure non-disclosure agreements and contract terms and conditions are negotiated within company guidelines
Travel:
- Support travel program including providing guidance and coordinating travel requests and expense reports
- Provide expense reports to HR/Payroll for processing travel and other expenses while using the accounting system and adhering to established internal processes
Experience:
- 3 years of professional experience in contracts, subcontracts, business management, finance, accounting, or related field or Master's degree with 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Knowledge of financial systems -- Unanet experience highly desired
- Knowledge of US Govt Joint Travel Regulations
- US citizenship is required
- Familiarity with FAR and various Federal Agency Supplements

- Unanet experience or similar financial/accounting systems
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Management, Marketing, etc)
Security Clearance:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
