Elevated Staffing Support LLC is a leading provider of skilled construction staffing labor, specializing in the Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, Plumbing, and Solar industries. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Business Development Manager to join our team. This full-time, hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home, with regular travel to various locations including Charlotte, Raleigh, Charleston, Atlanta, and more. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building relationships, driving registrations, and ensuring contractor satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing contractors
• Secure contractor registrations and set up meetings
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Create and capitalize on new Business Development opportunities
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure contractor satisfaction

• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
