What You'll Do in This Position
Develop, implement, and conduct leadership professional development training for site personnel and management. Produce products, tools, and resources for individual and leadership development planning and career development. Assist with design development, delivery, and content evaluation for training sessions and programs. Coordinates logistics of training courses and programs (i.e., liaison with instructors/SMEs, preparation of course material and supplies, participant invitees, etc.). Develops and delivers presentations, custom reports, and other learning and programmatic material as requested. Provides organization development consulting and facilitation services as required. Coordinates with Senior Management to develop and oversee talent pipelines, succession planning and organizational development. Communicates a strategic vision for managing and developing the workforce.
Under limited supervision, provide administrative support services in the area of Talent Management. Those support services include, but are not limited to:
- Provide counsel and administrative services for the Talent Management programs.
- Develop and maintain consistency in the application of policies and practices that relate to HR in the areas of Talent Management programs.
- Establish HR operations support programs to individual organizations for employee engagement and professional development.
Participate in Special Projects.
Security Clearance Information
SRNS is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, criminal records, and employment history, and education verifications. Positions with SRNS may require applicants to obtain and maintain a DOE L or Q-level security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. Factors such as pre-employment background review results, dual citizenship status, and unpaid and/or unfiled taxes may impact your ability to obtain a security clearance. This list of factors is not exhaustive; pre-employment information and security clearance requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications We Require
High School Diploma, GED, or other equivalent State Credential
Other Qualifications
Must have experience with succession planning and organizational development.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if required.
Qualifications We Desire
College degree preferred (Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred).
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Proven experience in conducting leadership training.
Possess strong personal computer skills utilizing any number of generally accepted/available software applications to perform word processing, database management, spreadsheet, and graphics functions.
