The Role:
As a Construction Administrator at HHI Builders, you will be providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role demands a blend of administrative prowess and project coordination skills to facilitate the efficient execution of construction projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our office, handling incoming calls, correspondence, and welcoming visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Manage office administration, including but not limited to, document preparation, filing systems, and procurement of office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction industry, ideally encompassing office management, reception, and project coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management software (a plus if experience with CoConstruct).
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.
- A general understanding of construction projects
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
