*Looking for someone who can work 2 weekends a month and possibly 1-2 days a week.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
- Knowledge of front desk operations in an assisted living or similar setting is desirable
