As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. ```Duties:```
- Greet guests and provide them with outstanding customer service
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Experience in a medical office or similar setting is a plus
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult situations with tact

Pay: $17.95 - $21.62 per hour
