```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival at the hotel
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist in making reservations and managing room bookings
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services
- Knowledge of hotel procedures and policies
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
