Computer Systems Analyst Ii

Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Computer Systems Analyst IIto join our team in Norfolk, VA supporting our customer Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic (NICW-A).

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
• Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
• Coordinate and link the Computer Systems within an organization to increase compatibility so that information can be shared.
• Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Demonstrate experience with TACNET or other Navy C4I systems.

EXPERIENCE:

• Three (3) year of Computerized System experience, to include: Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals and UNIX and Windows based operating systems.

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Individual shall be working towards the relevant certifications within one and a half year after assuming duties: Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)/ Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or with COR approval complete a vendor/platform specific certification such as: Microsoft role-based certifications, Microsoft Certified Applicable Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), Cloud Certifications.
