Position overview:
As Compliance Coordinator you will one of the first points of contact with renters, city officials, and other clients. This role requires a thoughtful person with a strong attention to detail. This position will be challenging and will require problem solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
· Managing communications via office systems such as email, phone calls, and texts
· Draft and post legal notices in company vehicle
· Conduct monthly site walks at multi-family communities
· Conduct quarterly drive by inspections of single-family homes
· Assist Compliance Director on conducting annual inspections at all properties to include
meeting with appraisers, lenders, contractors, and other stakeholders
· Providing access to occupied homes.
· Maintain parking oversight at all properties, to include tagging and towing vehicles as necessary
· Attend all FHA/HUD trainings and webinars
· Provide access to mandatory compliance inspections to include life safety systems and alarms check
· Other tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Exceptional customer service skills
· Exceptional written and oral communication
· Excellent time management
· Ability to work independently or within a team.
· Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work well under pressure
· Must maintain current driver's license (a clean driving abstract for the past 3 years is required)
Desired Qualifications:
· AA or BA with course work in the social sciences or criminal justice.
· 1 year of recent property management experience or equivalent experience
· Knowledge of AppFolio Software or equivalent
· Knowledge of WAC’s and RCW’s
· Prior experience implementing rules and regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
