Description -
As Strategy and Compliance in CSSD finance, the Chief of Staff will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to our Finance Directors and Finance managers in the organization. The ideal candidate will have proven success in the business, with a special focus on co-ordinating and managing executives and building collaboration across our team and the teams we support.
Responsibilities

• Represent Customer Support Service Delivery Finance in key strategic projects
• Assist and communicate with the VP and Finance directors in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity

• Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness regarding deliverables (example deadlines on training etc)
• Key leader in the team to develop better communications/training particularly regarding compliance
• Key point of collaboration and contact with the CSSD CoS and the HPWS finance CoS to ensure we are always aligned and meeting deadlines.
• Reviewing compliance opportunities with the FP&A director and helping to co-ordinate initiatives and responses to certain risk situations. This would be "collaboration" and the deliverable of the solution would be the responsibility of the key finance/operation leaders.
• 6 to 9 years of experience
