OVERVIEW:
As a member of the Mission and Strategy team, the Data Analyst will collect, analyze, interpret and communicate quantitative and qualitative data to demonstrate impact of programming. The Data Analyst will support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) monitoring and training of funded partners. The Data Analyst will work closely with the Mission and Strategy team to ensure appropriate training and relationship-building across organizations and systems to achieve the highest impact level within each Integrated Client Journey (ICJ) region.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the data life cycle for the Integrated Client Journey (ICJ) including design, collection, analysis, interpretation, and visualization. Analyzes and monitors both quantitative and qualitative performance measures to ensure maximum impact. Create interactive and static dashboards for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the design of evaluation studies, cost benefit analysis studies, and/or outcomes research studies for the Integrated Client Journey. Respond to requests for data or information. Attend and/or present data findings at internal and external meetings. Work collaboratively with other departments within the Agency on the use and interpretation of program and investment data.
- Provide oversight and support to agency CQI teams and leadership on questions of program performance and improvement. Develop training curriculum and facilitate training to agency staff. Support funded partners through training and technical assistance for planning, designing, and conducting program improvement activities.
- Provide cross-functional collaboration for planning and implementation within Mission and Strategy and other departments: Working collaboratively, utilize data provided to review current implementation plan and methodology and make appropriate recommendations for needed improvements across all areas of Mission and Strategy that will advance our goals for ensuring all members of our community have the opportunity to thrive. Support planning and implementation efforts for data governance, technology, and data sharing. At times, lead various planning and development efforts within Mission and Strategy.
- Continuously improve knowledge and expertise: Seek out and utilize literature, research, and other current information to stay abreast of latest data on ALICE, their challenges, and practices to remove barriers and move towards goals. Utilize this information to inform and educate community partners, stakeholders and colleagues.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5 years: minimumexperience with software platforms and tools such as Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI. Must possess in-depth knowledge of evaluation and/or applied research, analysis, and data best practices. Must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to deliver effective presentations.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
