Purpose
The Compliance Analyst ensures consistency and reliability in the compliance audit and monitoring activities at Neighborcare Health. The Compliance Analyst will work under the direction of the Director of Compliance and Risk Management, and coordinates closely with other departments, including HR, Quality Improvement, Clinical leadership, and Operations.

In this position you will:
Incident Report Investigation and Audit and Monitoring of Corrective Action Plans
- Independently documents, tracks, investigates, and takes action on assigned patient or staff concerns or complaints that come through in Neighborcare’s Compliance hotline.
- Responds to risk findings by providing recommendations for corrective action plans and implementing corrective action plans.
- Supports root cause analyses conducted in partnership with clinical and administrative leads
Compliance Audits and Internal Controls
- Builds functionality for internal audits and controls, including:
- Regular audits of exclusion from participation in federal healthcare programs for staff, Board members, and vendors
- Proactive privacy audit and monitoring
- Assists management in reviewing and responding to audit findings, recommendation, and reports, and monitors the implementation status of audit recommendations.
Policy and Procedure Management
- Serves as a subject matter expert on Neighborcare’s policy and procedure management platform
- Supports regular review and audit of compliance to organizational policies and procedures
Training and Education
- Supports audit and monitoring of completion of annual required compliance training for all Neighborcare staff
Compliance Records Management
- Ensures regulatory documents are maintained in accordance with industry standards
- Supports tracking for regulatory compliance requirements, including recordkeeping for regulatory bodies, including but not limited to the following:
- Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)
- Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
- Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA)
- Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS)
- Washington State Labor and Industries (L&I)
- US Department of Health & Human Services

- Skills with Microsoft Office 360 suite, including Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and other tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related healthcare field.
- 3-years of regulatory or compliance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting

Compensation
The wage range for this position is a minimum $32.53/hour up to $44.21/hour maximum.
Compensation will be determined based on years of relevant experience.
