Job Summary
- The Community Liaison/Marketer for Synergy Estates will be responsible for Patient referrals for the facility. Mainly Private Pay facility.
- The Community Liaison/Marketer will plan, develop, and oversee the overall business development and growth strategy for assigned areas, complete regular market research, attend and participate in educational programs and networking/sales conferences.
- Develop sales strategies to drive new business and sustain existing business. Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, and vendors. Create strategic business plans to cultivate and drive business and best practices for market success.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in sales and/or business development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter, team player, critical thinker, and problem solver
Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for Glendora Hospital, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices, etc. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that Glendora Hospital in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
