- Plan, organize, and establish objectives and goals for duties assigned.
- Understand all processes of a project from conception to completion.
- Create and control the contents of the job file to include contracts, checklists, submittals, change orders, daily communications, closeouts, pre-and post-job inspection reports, warranties, etc.
- Support department managers on a daily basis.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Quality focus.
- Problem solving ability with the ability to develop professional working relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet programs, including strong analytical abilities.
- Documentation skills.
- Superior listening and communications skills.
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with associates.
- Customer service.
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Understanding Microsoft Navision and Office programs
- Preferred candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Construction and roofing industry experience is a plus
