Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent who specializes in integrated leasing to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in introducing and promoting integrated leasing solutions to our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of their commercial properties.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and cultivate relationships with property owners, landlords, and tenants to identify opportunities for integrated leasing.
• Educate clients on the benefits of integrated leasing, including increased flexibility, cost efficiency, global accessibility, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored integrated leasing strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the integrated leasing landscape.
• Coordinate and oversee the leasing process, from initial negotiations to lease execution and beyond.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the integrated leasing journey.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Licensed Real Estate Agent with a proven track record of success in commercial leasing.
• Strong understanding of integrated leasing concepts and emerging trends in Commercial Real Estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
