Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, lenders, vendors, and other Real Estate professionals.
  • Evaluating and marketing properties.
  • Understanding market trends and conditions to determine the best pricing strategies for each property.
  • Negotiating and closing deals to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all transactions, contracts, and client communications.
  • Staying informed of current Real Estate and business laws and regulations to ensure compliance and protect the interests of clients.

Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate license with a proven commercial track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
  • Proven ability to effectively market and sell properties, including experience with digital marketing and social media.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and resilience.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to providing the highest standards of customer service and representation.
