Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to spearhead our growth into the Commercial Real Estate market. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Commercial Real Estate, especially in leasing and brokerage. The successful candidate will be adept at navigating the market's challenges, utilizing our robust marketing and technological resources, and capitalizing on our organic lead generation to achieve unparalleled success in Commercial Real Estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire commercial properties for leasing and management.
- Leverage the company's organic leads and utilize the provided marketing and technological tools to expand the property management portfolio.
- Engage in networking and relationship-building activities to enhance market presence and acquire new listings.
- Collaborate with our in-house team of Real Estate Agents to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Guide clients through the process of leasing, buying, and selling Commercial Real Estate.
- Advise clients on property management and construction rehabilitation services, facilitating referrals within the company (for commissions).
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate market, investment strategies, and tax benefits related to Real Estate investment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate processes, including leasing and brokerage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and market trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales process automation tools.
- A Real Estate license is required.
