As ABC's Commercial Pest Sales Specialist, you will listen to customers' pest and rodent concerns and suggest proper treatments or solutions while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads by attending trade shows, networking events and by using other sources that will increase potential sales accounts.
- Meet with current clients for new sales and up-sells and respond to incoming leads in a timely fashion; give advice and recommendations for treatments.
- Spend the majority of the time outside the office to meet with existing clients and prospective customers.
- Gain specialized knowledge of all services, discounts, and promotions provided by ABC by product and season.
- Create sales agreements; complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Consistently follow through with all proposals; provide clarification as necessary; negotiate prices; meet monthly sales quotas set by Division Manager and the company.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
Requirements
- 2 years previous sales experience in Commercial Pest Services preferred.
- Experience with 3rd party audits, audit standards and inspections a plus.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills.
- Ability to scope large facilities and determine solutions for potential clients
- Organize and present contracts to potential customers utilizing Power Point and Adobe Sign.
- Handle multiple projects daily with the ability to prepare and submit proposals to potential customers.
- Have a relentless attitude in seeing a proposal through the CRM process.
- Utilize Google Earth to view and measure customer facilities for repairs and equipment needs.
- Physical endurance as Sales Representatives will be on their feet for hours at a time as well as spending time traveling between locations meeting prospective clients. The ability to climb up roof access ladders and work at height is sometimes required.
- Strong people skills.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Team player is a must.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally work at industry trade conferences.
- Demonstratable sales techniques.
