Our business is growing, and we're seeking a new Senior Account Executive with at least ten- to fifteen-years of relevant experience. This is a new position.
You will manage our day-to-day relationship with selected clients, most of whom pay total annual premium in the $750,000 - $5 million range. You’ll be expected to learn their businesses, manage their insurance programs, and establish long-term, professional relationships with their key personnel.
In many ways, the work is similar to that of a senior account executive at a major brokerage firm. However, as consultants, we have a different orientation, which, naturally, we’ll help you learn.
You will be expected to:
- Represent yourself and the MB Davis Group with professionalism and friendliness. (We're nice people, and we only like to work with nice people.)
- Read, understand, and question the coverage being provided in your clients' insurance policies. (We're insurance geeks.)
- Keep your renewals and other time-sensitive work on track. (Everybody hates last minute problems...)
- Maintain overall excellence in communications, technical skill , and responsiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of your clients' insurance programs, documents, and projects. (How else are you going to find anything?)
- Be prepared to learn, and be prepared to be creative in solving problems.
The work is nearly 100% work-from-home, though we may occasionally require some travel to broker or client sites. Though the job is WFH, our business in Texas is growing, so we would prefer a person based in Texas.
