Commercial Insurance Account Executive

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Insurance Account Executive to lead servicing for an established book of business. In this key position, you will oversee client relations and team functions and drive business growth.

Location: Los Angeles, California (Remote/Hybrid)

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $110,000 - $115,000
Excellent Benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K

Responsibilities:

• Act as a team leader, providing support to all levels in various capacities
• Assist in new business opportunities and develop retention strategies for existing clients in collaboration with assigned producer(s)
• Engineer and manage efficient workflow within the team
• Plan and execute the renewal process for assigned accounts and those assigned to your team
• Deliver exceptional internal and external client services, always acting in the best interest of the client, employees, and the organization
• Ensure retention of all accounts assigned to the team
• Provide clear goals, delegate duties, and manage workflow within the team
• Possess working knowledge of agency management system and ensure proper utilization
• Participate in the review process and mentorship of each team member
• Adhere to department and company policies and procedures
• Function as primary contact for team's clients as appropriate
• Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client's business
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers, and vendors
• Attend company and department meetings, position-related seminars/classes, client meetings, carrier functions, and other events as required

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Commercial Insurance experience
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a team and develop others to perform and contribute to the organization.
