Job Title:Collections Representatives - Tempe Arizona
Pay: $19.00/hourly
Location: Tempe, AZ | Potential WFH flexibility after 1 month of training
Schedule: 6:00am - 10:00pm (8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month)
Job Description:
Provide excellent customer service and assist with bringing past due accounts to current, negotiating payment terms and getting on track with payments. Handle heavy outbound calls and work on a performance and metrics system.
Job Duties:
Build customer relations with borrowers and effectively solving problems is our main focus
World class customer service
Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for past due accounts
Negotiate account resolutions
Maintain company performance and productivity standards
Skip Tracing
Handling delinquent assigned accounts
Ideal Candidate:
Auto collections preferred
Skip Tracers you are welcomed to apply!
2 years + of collections experience required
Metrics driven position
Interested in OT, extra hours and OT pay
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
