Position Summary
The CMOCS Analyst will be responsible for ensuring internal and vendor partners receive and maintain the proper access and functionality to Five9, Verint and possibility other applications. This position will require an individual to be highly analytical and detail oriented. This entails gathering and analyzing data to generate proactive reports that will support decision-making processes. Their attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be instrumental in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize our business operations. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams when application or other outages or issues are identified requiring this position to be technically inclined.
Required Qualifications
Regular and predictable attendance
Colleague will be required to work mandatory overtime/extended work week when needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Effectively communicate with internal/external associates, teams, and business leaders.
Root cause analysis: proactively ask the right questions, gather, and analyze data, identify, and solve problems that arise with little or no precedent and with a sense of urgency.
Ability to rapidly adjust priorities to meet changing business requirements and to prioritize tasks in an environment with goals that sometimes conflict.
Provide professional support by maintaining high standards of courtesy, listening skills, rapport building skills, client expectation management and handling difficult situations.
Attend daily/weekly team meetings to provide updates on internal and business operations projects.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$40,600.00 - $85,100.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
