CNC Programmer in FIREARMS Industry /XLR Industries
· Must possess knowledge, experience, and familiarity with CNC Programming, fixture design, and CNC machine processes.
· Preferred experience with Gibbs Cam software
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Include but not limited to the following:
- CNC programming
- Fixture design and implementation
- Carryout production, inspection, and machine operation of prototype parts
- Operate basic shop equipment (blast, band saw, grinders, etc.)
- Evaluate experimental procedures and recommend changes or modifications for improved efficiency and production
- Deburr and clean parts as required
- Complete routine machine and shop equipment maintenance.
- Other Duties as assigned
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace
- Follow established safety rules and regulations
- All employees must follow XLR Industries’ employment practices and policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
