Summary: Maintaining CNC Machines and Production goals while handling machined parts.
Essential Functions:
- Produce CNC machined parts per production goals
- Must know how to replace tools on a CNC Mill or CNC lathe (no other machines of different fields of engineering)
- Can perform offsets and tool adjustments on either/or CNC Mill or CNC lathe
- Follow safety practices in accordance with company policy
- Monitor the quality of parts throughout production
- Perform visual part inspection
- Understanding different types of tooling and being able to perform a tool change when needed
- Immediately alert the technician of machine malfunction or deficiency
- Assure the work area is free of FOD(foreign object damage / foreign object debris)
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform functions using manual hand dexterity
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Must know how to operate HAAS Mill & Lathe Machines
- Ability to identify colors, sizes, shapes, etc. (visual acuity)
- Ability to occasionally lift 30 pounds or less
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Excellent attention-to-detail
This position is for the 2nd or 3rd shift.
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday / 4:15PM - 1AM
3rd Shift: Tuesday-Saturday / 12:45AM - 8AM
