Club Business Development Associate (External Agency)

Overview /Objective
The NFL's Club Business Development department (Club BD) supports the 32 clubs in delivering direct local value and best-in-class fan experiences via data driven insights and innovation. In addition to working with the clubs, Club BD works cross-functionally to provide guidance on key strategic initiatives at a League level.
The Club BD Associate will work across the department to drive and support club data collection, reporting & analytics across local sponsorship, premium sales, ticketing and tentpole event ticketing & sales strategy.
Responsibilities

• • Collect and analyze club premium seating and local sponsorship data to deliver club benchmarking reports and league reporting to develop actionable insights, best practices, and help inform club and League strategy
  • Maintain and enhance club local sponsorship and premium seating data collection tools and streamline processes, working internally across the League Office and with vendors
  • Support maintenance of League Ticketing Platform, including quality control of data as well as analysis of ticket sales and ticket pricing to deliver actionable insights to clubs and to help inform club strategy
  • Provide analysis of tentpole event ticket pricing and strategy (e.g., Super Bowl, Pro Bowl Games, etc.)
  • Support Local Business Optimization initiative through exploratory data analysis
  • Support the Club BD Club Consulting team on managing communications between League and clubs, club data collection efforts, and presentation builds for market visits
  • Assist in the preparation of League Meeting materials
  • Identify and develop research, analyses, and recommendations in support of League policy decisions
  • Collaborate with other NFL League Office departments that touch Club Business, including Club Digital Strategy team, Media Strategy Group, Sponsorship, Marketing, Consumer Products, and Data & Analytics

Required Qualifications

• • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• • Ability to derive insights from data / analytics / research
  • Highly collaborative and results driven
  • Strong communication skills

• • Ability to handle multiple tasks, good time management and organization skills
  • Candidate should be a self-starter, independent, a creative thinker, ambitious, results and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable presenting information in front of a group
  • Min of 2-4 years of experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools and SQL a plus

• This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL's third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
