National Health Care Associates, premier provider of short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and post-hospital care, is seeking a Regional Director of Business Development for the Nine Centers that make up the NY/VT region.

What You Will Do:

  • Regional Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive Business Development and marketing strategies for the New York region to increase occupancy, enhance brand visibility, and drive revenue growth across our eleven facilities.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and potential threats in the long-term care industry and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local healthcare providers, referral sources, and community organizations to increase awareness of our services and generate new business leads.
  • Sales and Admissions Support: Collaborate with facility-level sales and admissions teams to establish goals, track performance, and provide guidance and coaching to improve results.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives, such as digital marketing campaigns, brochures, events, and public relations efforts to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, clinical, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for Business Development and marketing initiatives.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of five years' Business Development, marketing, within the healthcare industry. *LTC/SNF industry strongly preferred*.
  • Proven ability to generate, grow and maintain relationship with referral sources such as Health Systems, ACO's, Physicians, etc.
  • Expertise and comfort with public speaking before groups of clients or employees of organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Extensive project management & coordination experience.
  • Strong interpersonal Skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication.
  • Ability to travel as needed in NYS and Vermont
