We’re looking for a full-time Clinical Supervisor. The position is half time at our crisis stabilization facility, Willow Tree, in Detroit Lakes, MN and half time in school-based and outpatient programs. Duties include providing clinical supervision through group/individual observation as necessary. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the training, supervision of paperwork, case coordination and evaluation of Mental Health Practitioners, Clinical Trainees and Mental Health Rehabilitation Workers concerning treatment issues.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields with at least 4,000 hours of post-master’s supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of mental illness. Licensed as a Mental Health Professional under Minnesota Statutes as a psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or psychiatric nurse. Approved to provide clinical supervision in Minnesota. Demonstrated ability to interact with families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds $29 to $35 per hour About Us
