Duties
Are you Wilder's next Clinical Supervisor? We are seeking an experienced, dually licensed LADC/Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) to be a Clinical Supervisor in our Wilder Recovery Services program. The Clinical Supervisor will function as a senior staff member in leadership and coordination of assigned substance use services. The Clinical supervisor will provide supervision to staff, pre-licensed staff, and clinical trainees who provide assessments and SUD treatment to adults and mental health therapy to adults, children and families. The Clinical supervisor will assure high quality of care through direct diagnosis and clinical skills, consultation, care coordination, treatment of clients, staff training and program development. The Clinical Supervisor will work closely with the Treatment Director to delegate and execute work, develop and implement infrastructures and systems that support service delivery and manage and maintain regulatory requirements and best practice standards. The ideal candidate must have a passion for providing services to individual and families in our community and in providing trauma informed, culturally responsive mental health/substance use treatment.

Job Qualifications
Must be a dually Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP). Must be a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with one or more licensing boards. Minimum 5 years relevant experience, with at least one year work experience in direct service to individuals with substance use concerns. Previous experience providing clinical supervision and administrative experience also required. Knowledge of 245G statutes and accompanying regulations required.
