Minimum of 2-year degree with programming emphasis; able to demonstrate development knowledge using tools such as Java, Javascript, Python, PhP, SQL, C+, HTML, CSS, RPG/LE Free, Web Services, Apache, Tomcat; willingness to learn, explore, and utilize new technologies; prior programming experience preferred.
