Responsibilities
Clinical Supervisor - Mental Health Clinicians, Seattle location
Clinical focus is on mood and anxiety disorders and eating disorders.
This role is typically 60% direct patient care and 40% supervision. The Clinic is open 8am-6pm, so this role would start between 8-10am depending on the day.
This role will recieve an additional 10% pay premium on top of the base salary.
Supervise Mental Health clinicians including psychologists, Mental Health Therapists, Mental Health therapist - associates, and parent partners to ensure the highest levels of quality, service, and cost-effective care are provided to patients and families. Develop and coordinate clinical orientation, continued competency, clinical standard work, and optimal professional development for the clinical team. Collaborate with service line director in the hiring process for Mental Health clinicians and communicate and coordinate the advancement of organizational and department/division goals. Represent Mental Health clinicians on the leadership team in the provision of overall direction for clinical practice in the department. Drive continuous performance improvement, quality improvement, and education and research efforts delivered by the Mental Health clinicians.

Requirements
Required Education/Experience (MHT):
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Minimum five years experience in providing direct treatment services to children and families.
Required Credentials:
- Licensed as a Mental Health Professional in Washington State in appropriate field according to degree (e.g., LICSW, LMFT).
- Licensed as a Mental Health Supervisor in Washington State in appropriate field according to degree (e.g., LICSW, LMFT).
Preferred:
- Graduate training in pediatric psychology and child and adolescent development
- Experience in a pediatric medical setting
- Clinical supervision experience
- Minority Mental Health Specialist designation.
- Experience with multi-system involved children with severe behavioral problems and/or developmental disabilities.
- Experience with the King County MHP and Washington State Mental Health WACs.
- Experience providing comprehensive intake evaluations with multi-axial diagnoses.
- Experience with evidence based practice.
Min to Max Hourly Salary
$48.91 - $73.36 /hr
Min to Max Annual Salary
$101,730.00 - $152,595.00 /yr
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
