Clinical Coordinator RN - Perinatal - $28 to $46 per Hour
Peterborough, NH
Assist with and oversee the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of a comprehensive interdisciplinary Perinatal Quality and OB Education Program. They will also ensure that patient safety is considered the number one priority above cost, productivity and convenience in all decisions that affect patients. Lastly, maintain knowledge of national standards and guidelines for Obstetric care as well as the principles and practice of safety science.
Compensation and Benefits
- $28.90 - $46.23/hour (negotiable)
- $10K Sign-on bonus
- Sign-on Bonus Payment Schedule: $5,000 on first check, $2,500 after 6 months, $2,500 after 1 year

- 8 Bed Unit
- Ratio - 1:1 (active labor)
- 1:2/3 for Mother/Baby
- NO OR/C-Section knowledge required
- The ability to provide education to the L&D staff including the OB Physicians and Pediatricians for Skills days
Requirements
- EMR Experience - Required
- AWHONN - Required
- 10+ Years of OB/L&D experience - Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - Required
- Fetal Monitoring or Inpatient Obstetrics experience - Required
- The ability to provide education to the L&D staff including the OB Physicians and Pediatricians for Skills days - Required
- NRP Certification - Required
- STABLE Certification - Required
- BSN (or better) - Preferred
- Current NH RN licensure or Compact - Required
