Clinical Contract Administrator
Pay Rate: $17.93 - $25.63/hr
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Pleasanton, CA
Duration: 1 year
JOB SUMMARY:
The Clinical Contracts Administrator (CCA) works closely with project, people, and Clinical Contracts Managers across Clinical Operations & Biometrics, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Suppliers to support the contracting, supplier payment tracking, and Sunshine Act Reporting for COBM projects.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS:
This is a job requiring a combination of skills and experience in reviewing contracts, tracking payments, and gathering information for Sunshine Act Reporting for COBM related services.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Reviews clinical trial agreements (Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, and Clinical Trial Agreements) and site budgets with US and ex-US institutions for tracking purposes.
•Establish Purchase Orders (PO) via Finance system.
•Track and report all transfers of value to US teaching hospitals and Healthcare Providers related to COBM activities.
•Work closely with members of the Clinical Operations Contracting team to track invoices and payments to suppliers related to COBM contracts and related PO's.
•Track, maintain and update assigned contract information within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and other tracking tools to ensure completeness and accuracy, as applicable.
•Works with Supplier Relationship Manager to track Key Performance Indicators from contracts for applicable suppliers.
•Other tasks as assigned by manager to support overall COBM function.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal Training/Education:
•High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's in Business / Finance or industry related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience:
•3+ years of experience with budgets and contract review required (or Bachelors and 1+ years)
•3+ years of specific RFI, RFP, Contracting and/or Budget management experience desired (or Bachelors and 1+ years)
•1+ years of clinical trial experience preferred
•SAP experience desired.
