POSITION DESCRIPTION
TITLE: LAND DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AND CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
The Land Development Admin Assistant is responsible for high-volume administrative duties in preparing bid packages, construction contracts and change orders, engineering/consultant agreements and change orders, process and tracking of Agency agendas, and all filing as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Bid Packages for construction work – coordinate with Estimating and Project Management to ensure accurate and timely processing of bid packages.
· Construction Subcontracts and Change Orders – coordinate with Estimating, Construction, and Project Management to ensure accurate and timely processing of subcontracts and change orders.
· Engineering or Consulting Agreements and Change Orders – coordinate with Project Management or Forward Planning to ensure accurate and timely processing of agreements and change orders.
· Public Agency Agendas – ensure that department personnel and management are advised of any meeting that may affect a project or our company. Process and track agendas.
· Maintain and track Project Manager’s jobs and miscellaneous files, including research of files to provide information to Land Development staff.
· Full clerical support – processing of all correspondence, applications, bonding, plan reproduction, filing, and any interface between in-house departments and outside contacts.
· Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have 2 – 5 years’ experience in construction or related fields.
