Job Description
A small specialized recruiting company located in Laguna Hills needs a Contracting Admin Assistant to join their team. This individual will assist the office by performing general administrative duties, contracting functions, and offer marketing assistance with email marketing and database updates. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM (with some flexibility) and the pay is $22 to $26/hour.
A few of the things you’ll be doing:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Contracting Admin responsibilities include processing and maintaining contracts and extensions.
- Setup new Contracts and related files & documents
- Maintaining accurate contracting records and tracking budgets and usage
- Contract tracking and monitoring duties include all Contracts and Amendments documents
- Assist in keeping the databases updated
- Assist with marketing campaigns
- Assist with various office memos & documents
- Assist with answering phones as needed.
- On-going projects & other essential tasks as needed.
If you have these qualities, we’d like to talk to you:
- Previous administrative and customer service experience.
- Previous experience working with Contracts, reviewing, proofreading, editing
- Previous Paralegal / Legal Writing experience would be a big plus
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills to include being a decisive and confident communicator.
- Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed with a proactive work approach and solution-focused attitude.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Proficient with MS Office products
- Skill to type 45+ words per minute.
