Our team is looking for a Contracts Administrator, Government to join our team. You will report to the Government Business Unit Leader and will have a on-site work schedule in Chatsworth, CA.
To be considered for the Contracts Administrator role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
- 5+ years of contracts experience
- Government contracts experience is necessary
- Knowledge in DFAR/FAR Regulations
- Knowledge in FPA's, LTC's, BOA's, Distribution Agreements, etc. necessary
- Microsoft Office proficiency
As a Contracts Administrator , you will:
- Oversee contract workflow process to ensure adequate internal controls
- Accurately and efficiently manage contracts (Including expirations, amendments, modifications, etc.)
- Manage preparation, redlining, and execution of contracts
- Maintain contract templates and organization of contract files between multiple customers
- Understand contract law, legal concepts, terms and conditions, legal requirements, negotiation process, and areas of risk for the company
- Work closely with all customers to ensure contracts are current and being followed

Salary Range:
- $85,000-$92,000/year
