Clinic Receptionist

Clinic Receptionist (full-time/part-time/casual) – Achieve Heath has a full time (40 hours per week) Clinic Receptionist position available for an experienced individual who is interested in being part of our team at a NEW employee-dedicated family practice clinic in Chippewa Falls, WI.

Individuals should have outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task to accomplish job duties. Business office administrative experience required but specific experience in a healthcare setting (medical, dental, chiropractic, etc.) a plus. Proficient computer skills needed – especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

This position will be responsible for greeting patients at the clinic, scheduling appointments, handling incoming/out-going phone communications and general clinic support; including but not limited to, the management of supplies; coordination of incoming/out-going shipments; on-going promotional efforts and the performance of various administrative support assignments as directed by the Clinic Provider.
