Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Solutions Specialist. As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to address their questions, concerns, or requests
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates on their requests
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Enter and maintain customer information in our database accurately
- Assist with sales efforts by identifying potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in outbound calling or customer service is preferred
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
