Client Solutions Specialist
  • Up to 3 days remote per week (after 60 day training period)
  • Starting Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 ($40,000 - $44,000)

A day in the life of a LionHeart Client Solutions Specialist is...

You start the day with a cup of coffee in hand, ready to embark on another day as a vital team member at LionHeart. As a Client Solutions team member specializing in retaining customers and renewing their services, you are at the forefront of ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Your day kicks off with setting up new accounts, meticulously navigating through the onboarding process. Whether it's confirming contact information, getting familiar with a new billing portal, or guiding the client through any initial concerns, your expertise and friendly demeanor lay the foundation for long-lasting relationships.

Throughout the day, you engage in sending out quotes and proposals, showcasing the value our services bring to our customers' businesses. Your attention to detail and ability to tailor solutions to their needs not only solidify their trust in our company but also contribute significantly to our retention efforts. Completing quote follow-ups via email and phone calls, you demonstrate our commitment to proactive communication, ensuring that our clients feel supported every step of the way. Collaborating within our tight-knit team, you exchange insights and strategies, continuously refining our approach to customer retention. Occasionally, urgent tasks arise, demanding swift action to address client concerns and uphold our reputation for exceptional service. Your dedication to exceeding expectations shines through as you navigate these challenges with grace and efficiency, ultimately reinforcing the bonds we share with our clients.

Required Education and Experience

  • At least 3 years in a relevant customer service role
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, relationship building and sales skills.
  • Must be able to work independently, set priorities, multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and chats.


Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: This job operates in an open office environment and has the opportunity for HYBRID remote scheduling. Candidates must have high-speed internet capabilities in their home office.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. VERY rare but occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel: No overnight travel is expected for this position but may be required should it be necessary.
