Job Summary: Client Services Specialistwill provide reports, research, and analysis to our clients. The qualifying candidate will be able to demonstrate strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, level of comfort with client phone calls, and facilitate timely and accurate responses to meet client expectations. Requires an ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries.
- Manage reports, including creating and analyzing data.
- Communicate efficiently with clients via phone and email.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Support and assist coworkers
- Prioritize projects according to accepted practices
- Answer various administrative inquiries and resolve problems
- Learn the various operational functions of the company to better assist clients
Job Qualifications:
Education, Experience, and Certifications
- High school graduate or have an equivalency certificate (GED)
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience with administrative support functions
- Ability to learn and utilize various software applications, such as CRM & Salesforce.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent speaking, writing, editing, proofing, listening and grammar skills
- Display professional demeanor when responding to the demands of clients.
- Thoughtful use of discretion and good judgment
- Effective organizational and time management skills
