HOURS AS FOLLOWS:
[Sunday 9:30AM-4:30PM] [Monday-Thursday 12:30PM-8:45PM]
40HOURS
STARTING @ $22.00/HR
Requirements:
Ability to Learn, Understand and Use numerous types of software and technological capabilities
- Efficient with Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and client support telephone experience - Customer Service Representative
- Unmatched, precise attention to detail
Main job duties include:
- Fielding a high number of inbound calls for reservations & pricing.
- Monitor and respond to a high number of inbound e-mails for quotes & reservations.
- Assisting dispatch with overflow calls
- Confirming upcoming assignments
- Involved with ensuring that all information regarding upcoming special events is complete and accurate.
