What You'll Do

• As a Client Service Representative, you will promote FANTASTIC Client Service!
• Convert incoming client calls into booked service appointments. 
• Be the friendly and professional voice representing the company to everyone who contacts Donnelly's through phone, email, text messages, smoke signal, and morse code. (Just making sure you're paying attention.)

• Route general client inquiries appropriately
• Escalate client complaints as necessary
• Make outbound calls and appointment reminders to existing clients
• Make service appointments and input client data into database
• Achieve call booking goals and other key performance indicators (Hello bonuses!)
• Be occasionally flexible with hours to participate in monthly meetings, all-team events, training, and more
