Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. We have found that candidates with similar backgrounds in either retail, customer service, sales, resultant, advertising, public relations, or hospitality make great transitions into this position. The role itself involves face to face sales in a retail setting. This position does allow for growth in a face paced environment

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
