Pay rate: $18-$22 DOE plus commission and bonus

*Please review:

Ability to work various shifts (this position is on-site and not remote):

  • Monday- Friday: 6:30AM- 6:00PM
  • Saturday: 7:30AM- 4:30PM

Well... it’s time for you to start your career with Swan Heating & Air. We are looking for ambitious goal driven professionals to join our Call Center Customer Service team.

Our Customer Service Representatives are amazing communicators who assist our clients by offering solutions and identifying opportunities. They have the ability to jump in and handle inbound/ outbound calls, provide 1st class customer service, book service appointments, educate and upsell clients on various services.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Sales-minded, goal-oriented person with a focus on achieving success
  • 1+ years Customer Service in a call center environment, Sales or Collections experience
  • Teamwork mentality developed through team sports
  • Some college or military experience a Huge Plus
  • Passion for Winning
  • Able to set priorities and schedule daily duties
  • Ability to work independently with only general guidance and also work closely with other associates
  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and problem solve complex work situations
  • Requires high level of tact and integrity
  • Able to follow directions and complete duties with speed and high accuracy

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent phone skills, persuasiveness, and passion for providing quality service to our customers
  • Proven record of customer focus and relationship building
  • Focus, self-motivation, a concentrated work ethic, problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with confidence and poise
  • Open-minded with a passion for learning
  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc
  • Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
  • Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job
  • Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently
  • Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables
  • Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate necessary equipment
  • The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate
