- Monday- Friday: 6:30AM- 6:00PM
- Saturday: 7:30AM- 4:30PM

Our Customer Service Representatives are amazing communicators who assist our clients by offering solutions and identifying opportunities. They have the ability to jump in and handle inbound/ outbound calls, provide 1st class customer service, book service appointments, educate and upsell clients on various services.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Sales-minded, goal-oriented person with a focus on achieving success
- 1+ years Customer Service in a call center environment, Sales or Collections experience
- Teamwork mentality developed through team sports
- Some college or military experience a Huge Plus
- Passion for Winning
- Able to set priorities and schedule daily duties
- Ability to work independently with only general guidance and also work closely with other associates
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and problem solve complex work situations
- Requires high level of tact and integrity
- Able to follow directions and complete duties with speed and high accuracy
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent phone skills, persuasiveness, and passion for providing quality service to our customers
- Proven record of customer focus and relationship building
- Focus, self-motivation, a concentrated work ethic, problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Ability to communicate with confidence and poise
- Open-minded with a passion for learning
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
WORK CONDITIONS
- Use standard office equipment, including computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc
- Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
- Project timelines and work volume/deadlines may often require more than 40 hours per week to complete essential duties of this job
- Must have mental processes for reasoning, remembering, mathematics and language ability (reading, writing, and speaking the English language) to perform the duties proficiently
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to solve problems involving several variables
- Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm-hand-finger dexterity with the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard and operate necessary equipment
- The noise level in the work environment is normally moderate
