Client Service Representative (CSR)
in Colorado Springs, Colorado
Pay: $18 - $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8a-5p with on call required

As a Client Service Representative, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
- Assist our Client Service Supervisor in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
- Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services
- Verify documentation on employee’s schedules
- Assist with office functions such as processing weekly payroll
- Act as a customer services representative for our Home Health Care clients and employees.
A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives:
- One (1) year experience in health care, temporary staffing or related industry preferred.
- Experience scheduling is a plus.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Requires excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Proven organization skills and detail orientation
- Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
