Client Service Representative (CSR)

As a Client Service Representative, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
- Assist our Client Service Supervisor in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
- Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for our home healthcare services
- Assist with processing weekly payroll for our employees
- Verify documentation on employee's schedules
- Act as a customer Service Representative for our clients and employees.
- On-call rotation required
A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives:
- One (1) year experience in Health Care, temporary staffing or related industry preferred.
- Experience scheduling is a plus.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Requires excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Proven organization skills and detail orientation
- Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
