Seeking an enthusiastic, positive person who is a team player and can multitask in a fast-paced work environment. Our small animal clinic with a large boarding facility is looking to fill a full time receptionist position (hours vary depending on the season).
Candidates should have excellent customer service skills; maintaining a pleasant demeanor regardless of circumstances (both in person and on the phone), is detail oriented, organized and able to focus in a busy environment. Familiarity with AVImark software and ability to handle rambunctious pets will get the candidate off on a faster start.
Flexible hours vary Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, Sat. 8am-2pm and an occasional Sunday 4-6pm (10% differential pay for weekends), approximately 30 to 40 hours/week. Candidates must be able to have a flexible schedule, working both AM (8am-1pm) and/or PM 1pm-6pm) shifts as well as 2 weekends/month. Hourly wage commensurate with experience.
