Under general supervision, the Client Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, completing prior authorizations, referrals, fax inbox and medical records requests.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provides copies of all occupational lab results, Immunizations, and TB results to Direct Employer Representative (DER)
- Calls patient and DER if patient needs to return to clinic for a repeat or missed procedure
- Drug Test collections- Faxes the MRO copy of the CCF to the fax number listed on the CCF within 24-hours of collection or the next business day
- Physical Evaluations- Ensures all documentation has been scanned in and review for accuracy. Report documents to DER
- Answers basic workers compensation questions from insurance companies using information found in Experity
- Ensures correct employer is selected
- Makes corrections as needed
- Answer incoming calls to the Client Service Center regarding occupational services and occupational patient accounts.
- Check email and voicemail throughout the day.
- Assist in scanning medical records.
- Must be punctual and reliable in attendance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent is required.
- Certificate/License: None.
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience is required. Minimum of 1 year healthcare industry preferred.
