Job Title: Client Services Representative

Location: N. Fort Worth, TX (76177)

Pay Rate: $18-$21/hr BOE

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm **On-site Only**

Job Duties:

• Interacts with customers via telephone, SMS, and email to assist with customer inquiries and issues

• Address customer questions, complaints, and concerns in a polite, helpful manner.

• Record details of customer interactions in our CRM system.

• Resolves customer complaints and concerns through active listening, empathy, professionalism, and problem solving

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Must have 1+ year(s) of experience in a high volume, metrics driven call centerenvironment

• Must be able to maintain composure and diffuse tense calls
